Wildflower Walk

Now’s the time—wildflowers are in full bloom!
Come wander with us through a stunning 2.5-mile trail where the spring colors are putting on a show. This hike is the perfect mix of movement, connection, and nature—exactly what Outdoor Sisters is all about.

We’ll keep a leisurely pace, take breaks to enjoy the view, and pause for a casual meet-and-greet so you can get to know the other women joining in. It’s a beautiful way to connect with like-minded women who love being outside.

Please note:

  • This hike is rated as easy, but there are a couple small hills and a few stone steps.

  • This is a free event, but if you’re not a member of the Cincinnati Nature Center, there’s a small fee to access the grounds (trust us—it’s worth it!).

What’s the difference?

We host 2 kinds of events:
🌿 Community Events are free monthly meetups open to everyone.
🥾 Trailblazer Club Events are weekly outings just for members of our club.

    Spring wildflowers don’t last long—so let’s go find them! 🌿 We’re heading to Rowe Woods, one of the best spots in the area to see them in full bloom. This easy 2-mile hike is the perfect way to slow down, connect with nature, and take in the colors of the season.

  • Happy Hour on the Trail: Germantown

    Explore some place new with your new friends. We’ll hike a few miles, and stop for a little snack and chat to get to know each other, share stores, and of course enjoy some trail treats.

    Need a little motivation to move every week? Join us for a hike every Tuesday at the Nature Center. Start the day with a little fresh air and good company.

    Thursdays

    We meet up in Milford on the bike path every week for a midday break to walk, relax and chat. It’s the perfect way to recharge and give yourself what you need to finish the day strong.

    Meet us for happy hour at Rowe Woods. We'll hike 2-3 miles and stop to enjoy a snack and a view midway through our hike. Bring yourself something to nibble on at our happy hour spot along the trail.

    Time for some R&R! Join us for a weekend camping trip. FREE TO MEMBERS. Swap trail tales around the fire, access hiking trails without ever getting in the car, breathe in fresh air, and have fun with your Outdoor Sisters. There's a kayak launch nearby, with rentals available.
